Teen rivalry in a small Oklahoma town is seen through the eyes of young Ponyboy, a Greaser on the wrong side of life. When a territorial battle between the underprivileged Greasers and the rich-kid Socs goes wrong, Ponyboy and his friends have to grow up quickly, holding on to their friends and their hope.

“S.E. Hinton’s moving story remained thought provoking, heart breaking, and inspiring.” –
