Ticket Sales

The Twin City Stage box office is located at 610 Coliseum Drive in Winston-Salem, NC. To order tickets during box office hours, call (336) 725-4001 or come to the box office window. To speak with the box office manager during times when the box office is closed, please call (336) 748-0857 x203.

Depending on the production, our shows are performed at either the Arts Council Theatre at 610 Coliseum Drive or at the Hanesbrands Theatre at 209 Spruce Street North.  Please verify your show's location.  If you have questions, call us at (336) 748-0857 x203.

The box office is open 12 noon – 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, beginning on the following days:

Tickets for all shows may also be purchased at the box office window beginning one hour prior to show time on the day of the performance. Tickets remain on sale throughout the run of each show. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Ticket Prices


All tickets are $25 ($23.42 plus $1.58 NC tax)

 

The box office accepts cash, checks and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover).

Online Tickets


Tickets for all of our shows are available online, beginning on the dates listed above and throughout the run of the show. Please note that there is a service charge per ticket for this feature. All ticket sales are final: no refunds and no exchanges.


Please note: we are not able to print-out tickets from your mobile device. If you purchase your tickets online, please choose the will-call option or print your tickets at home.

Student Rush Tickets


Full-time students may purchase tickets ten minutes prior to curtain at any performance for just $10 ($9.37 plus .63 NC tax). Please present student I.D. and ask for the RUSH ticket at time of sale.

Group Sales


Groups of ten or more may qualify for a 20% discount. Reservations must be made in advance, all tickets must be for the same performance, and all of the tickets must be purchased together. For further information, please contact the box office at (336) 748-0857 x203 or by by e-mail.

Gift Certificates


Twin City Stage offers gift certificates in any amount. These can be used toward show tickets, classes, summer camps, and costume rentals. For further information, please contact the box office at (336) 748-0857 x203 or by e-mail.

Show Times


Thursday, Friday and Saturday performances begin at 7:30 pm. Sunday matinees begin at 2 pm.

Accessibility


If you require special assistance or wheelchair seating, please let the box office know at the time you make your ticket reservations. We want to make sure that our patrons with disabilities, and their guests, are well-served. If you have any questions about seating arrangements at either of our venues, please call the box office at (336) 725-4001.

Weather Policy


In the event of inclement weather or unsafe road conditions, we may choose to cancel a performance or event. If there is a cancellation, there will be social media posts on our Facebook and Twitter pages, and we will do our best to get notice to the local television channels. If a show is cancelled, patrons will be given the option to reserve seats at another performance or receive a refund. If the show is performed, normal exchange fees will apply.
